Overview

The Raspberry Pi 400 is a complete personal computer built into a compact keyboard — add a monitor and you are ready to go. Inside is a specially modified Raspberry Pi 4 with 4 GB of RAM, bonded to a large internal heat sink so the whole machine runs silently with no fan.

Every connector sits along the back edge of the keyboard, including the full 40-pin GPIO header, so the Pi 400 is just as usable for electronics projects as it is for browsing the web, writing documents, watching video or learning to program in the Raspberry Pi OS desktop. Low-cost and genuinely portable, it is an excellent first computer for a classroom or a home desk.
