IoTCrazy Pro Micro ATmega32U4 Board, USB-C
Product Details
Overview
The IoTCrazy Pro Micro is a compact microcontroller board built around the ATmega32U4 and flashed with the Leonardo bootloader. Its defining trick is native USB: the microcontroller talks to your computer directly, so the board can present itself as a keyboard, mouse or other HID device rather than just a serial port.
The 8-bit processor runs at 16 MHz with 32 KB of flash, 2.5 KB of SRAM and 1 KB of EEPROM — ample for macro pads, custom controllers, small robots and sensor projects. Programming and power run over USB Type-C, and the headers arrive pre-soldered.
Key Features
- ATmega32U4 at 16 MHz — 8-bit AVR with plenty of headroom for typical maker projects
- Native USB with Leonardo bootloader — Emulate a keyboard, mouse or HID device straight from your sketch
- Practical I/O — 12 digital I/O pins, 5 of which double as analogue inputs, plus PWM outputs
- Hardware serial and I²C — Connect displays, sensors and other peripherals without bit-banging
- On-board regulator — Accepts a range of supply voltages for stable operation
- USB Type-C — Modern reversible connector for programming and power
