Overview

The Arduino MKR WiFi 1010 is the easiest entry point into the MKR family for connected projects. Wanted an automated house, or a smart garden? This board is Arduino IoT Cloud compatible, so you can connect devices, visualise data and control or share a project from anywhere in the world.

It is built on the SAMD21 Arm Cortex-M0+ running at 48 MHz, paired with a u-blox NINA-W102 module that brings Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth Low Energy on board. A separate ECC508 crypto chip handles secure communication, which matters as soon as your device starts talking to the internet. Power comes from USB or a single LiPo cell, with charging handled on board.
