IoTCrazy ESP32-S3 Mini Board, USB-C (2-Pack)

Overview

The IoTCrazy ESP32-S3 Mini packs a lot of capability into a very small board. It is built around the ESP32-S3FH4R2, whose dual-core Xtensa 32-bit LX7 processor runs at up to 240 MHz — enough headroom to keep multi-threaded IoT applications running smoothly.

Wireless is native: 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5 (LE) with an on-board ceramic antenna for stable transmission. Memory is generous for a board this size — 512 KB SRAM, 384 KB ROM, 4 MB flash and 2 MB PSRAM — which comfortably covers heavy code, sensor data logging and small on-device machine-learning workloads.

The castellated module design matters if you plan to go further than a breadboard: the same board that carries your prototype can be soldered straight onto a custom carrier PCB, so you never have to re-architect the hardware for production. Supplied as a 2-pack.
