A Raspberry Pi 4B on its own will not boot. This bundle covers the four things it actually needs on day one: the official 5.1 V 3 A power supply, a 32 GB microSD card pre-loaded with Raspberry Pi OS, a clear protective case and a 2 m 4K HDMI cable.
Using the official supply matters more on the Pi 4 than on any earlier model — underpowered adapters are the usual cause of the low-voltage warning, random reboots and eventually a corrupted card. With the OS already written to the included card, you can go from unboxing to desktop without another computer in the loop.
